Galway Libraries Summer Reading Challenge
BEE sure to read this summer!!!!
School holidays are almost here and once again Galway County Libraries have organised a free summer reading scheme for children.
The title of the Summer Reading Challenge for 2015 is “The Summer Reading Buzz”. Children are encouraged to read up to ten books over the months of July and August. Children may read any ten books suitable for their age group in order to complete the challenge. There will also be a “Book Crawl” for younger children and their parents.
Children will receive stickers, bookmarks and pencils as they complete the challenge and successful participants will be presented with a certificate at a prize-giving ceremony in the autumn.
The challenge runs from July 1st to August 29th at a library near you!
